Adam is a seasoned transaction advisor with over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Previously a Director within PwC’s Transaction Services practice, he supported clients through the full deal lifecycle, from pre-LOI discussions to diligence, signing, and post-signing integration. He has led high-performing teams in conducting comprehensive financial due diligence on acquisitions and divestitures across a range of industries, including industrial products, business services, aerospace & defense, space, retail & consumer, and transportation & logistics. Adam has worked on deals of all sizes, from sub-$1M EBITDA transactions to acquisitions exceeding $600M in EBITDA, advising private equity firms, public corporations, and private business owners on complex cross-border transactions.
